Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents per the plan of care and facility policies
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions
- Conduct routine and focused nursing assessments; document findings and escalate concerns to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort; ensure safety and fall prevention
- Monitor resident status, respond to changes promptly, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and uphold infection control standards and safety practices

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (in good standing)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work the specified night shift (3x12) and adapt to a long-term care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, observation, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
