Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility policies
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately, observing the six rights and monitoring for adverse effects
- Perform routine nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, wound care, and care with activities of daily living; assist with treatments and injections as scope allows
- Assess patient condition changes and communicate findings to the supervising RN; participate in developing and updating care plans
- Maintain precise documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies; uphold resident dignity, comfort, and safety through compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington state
- Education: LPN diploma or equivalent nursing program completion
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification (or equivalent as required)
- Experience: Prior nursing experience, with LTC or geriatrics preferred (1 year recommended)
- Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced long-term care setting
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to participate in a short-term travel assignment
- Willingness to work a 5x8 shift schedule as listed
