Travel Occupational Therapist Job
Occupational Therapist travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. 40 hours per week, days (5x8). Weekly pay range $2,265–$2,443 per week. This travel role is in an inpatient care environment with focus areas including adult acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular care. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions; co-lead interdisciplinary patient groups
- Evaluate and treat adults across acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular populations; develop OT plans and implement therapy interventions
- Document patient progress and outcomes; maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (Epic preferred, Cerner experience advantageous)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., PT, SLP, nursing) to align goals with department objectives
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities, home programs, and safety precautions; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Adhere to department guidelines and participate in rounds and quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Experience in adult acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular settings
- Ability to work in a high-acuity inpatient care environment
- Proficiency with documentation practices; Epic experience preferred and Cerner experience a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 06/08/2026
- Adaptability to different units and patient populations within a travel context
