This travel assignment places a skilled RN in a telehealth/telemetry-focused role supporting patient care in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to support patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans; monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications and monitor responses, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Document care activities, vital signs, and changes; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work in a tele-nursing environment and in an inpatient care setting
- Willingness to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements for a travel assignment
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities
