Responsibilities
- Perform scrub and/or circulator duties during diagnostic and interventional cath procedures (left/right heart cath, PCI, rotablator, CTO) and assist with Impella/IABP as needed; maintain sterile field throughout procedures
- Support structural heart procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman) and electrophysiology activities (EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations); participate in pacemaker/AICD implants as assigned
- Provide hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia recognition, and rapid response to patient changes; ensure accurate EPIC charting and documentation
- Assist with device implants and post-procedure care; collaborate with the cath lab team to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards; contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- On-call schedule: 1 call day per week; weekend on-call ~1 weekend every 5–6 weeks; ability to float to sister facilities as needed

Requirements
- Active WA RT or CIS state license (per posting); pending licenses not accepted
- ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification (per posting)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (per posting)
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience required; community hospital experience required
- Travel experience required (local travelers within 50 miles are not eligible for travel contract)
- First-timers accepted: No
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (required during compliance)
- EPIC charting experience is preferred; able to work in a hospital environment and participate in scrub and circulator duties
