This travel temporary assignment places you in a geriatric care environment with an acute rehab component, working evenings for approximately 13 weeks.

- Shift: Evening, 8 hours (3:00 PM–11:00 PM typical)
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
- Location: Grantsboro, NC
- Setting: Long-term care with acute rehab care
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents per physician orders, and document responses.
- Monitor vital signs and assess for acute changes in condition; report findings promptly.
- Provide daily nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system; ensure records reflect current status and interventions.
- Collaborate with an interprofessional team to coordinate care plans and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Adhere to facility policies, infection control practices, and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or valid compact license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of geriatric LPN experience
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred; PCC experience and 18 months LPN experience are noted as preferences
- Ability to work the evening shift and participate in every-other-weekend rotation
