Role Specifics and Benefits: In this role, you’ll assess and treat pediatric and adult clients with communication disorders, augmentative and alternative communication needs, and swallowing disorders as indicated by clinical referrals. You’ll design comprehensive evaluation plans, implement evidence-based therapy, set measurable goals, track progress, and adjust interventions for diverse populations. You’ll collaborate with physicians, teachers, case managers, families, and allied health teammates to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings. Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards are integral, with timely reports that support ongoing care planning. The assignment presents robust opportunities for professional growth within the Speech Language Pathology specialty, including potential for specialization in AAC, feeding/swallow, pediatric language development, or adult neurogenic communication. You’ll have access to ongoing medical, clinical, and administrative support from a dedicated team, plus 24/7 assistance while traveling with the company.
