Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within scope of practice and per plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to the supervising RN promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
- Document nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes in the charting system
- Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements
