Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) travel assignment in a long-term care setting, Billings, Montana, United States. Start date May 11, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,237–$1,255. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT to residents in a long-term care setting
- Implement treatment plans and deliver targeted interventions to improve functional skills and independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and mobility/gait activities as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident progress, response to therapy, and any changes in status; maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the OT, rehabilitation, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams; ensure safety, infection control, and privacy compliance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, other clinicians, and family members as appropriate to support resident goals
Requirements
- Active Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Experience: Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work the listed Day shift in a long-term care environment
- Willingness to travel to assignment locations
