Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, travel assignment in Menasha, Wisconsin. Start date 04/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $1,677–$1,794 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting administration accurately.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, health status, and changes in condition; report findings to the RN and physician as required.
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures within scope of practice; assist with IV therapy per facility policy and state regulations.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily routines.
- Document care provided in the electronic medical record; participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment, adhering to infection prevention, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in Wisconsin (or equivalent transfer eligibility)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred; at minimum, ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work evenings and maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Able to pass standard health clearance and background checks
