Radiology Tech – Interventional Radiology focus (Zzz Radiology Tech) is sought for a travel assignment in a large regional hospital setting in Kansas City, KS. Start date: 06/14/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts. This assignment is in a high-volume IR service with Siemens Artis imaging systems. Weekly pay range: $2,927–$3,053. Guaranteed hours: none. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Assist interventional radiology procedures, including sterile technique and room preparation
- Scrub for IR cases, position patients, monitor imaging and patient status during procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot Siemens Artis single-plane imaging systems as directed
- Ensure image quality, proper labeling, and complete documentation of procedures
- Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate with IR team and nursing staff
- May float within interventional radiology services as needed to cover demand
Requirements
- ARRT Radiography credential (in hand)
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (applies after offer)
- 2+ years of interventional radiology experience with scrub experience required; 3 years preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume IR environment
- Effective communication and teamwork; comfortable with rotating days off and a hospital-wide scope

- Orientation every Monday and Tuesday; nursing orientation Wednesdays–Fridays (bi-weekly)
