Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a local, short-term travel-style assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 03/30/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $809-$839 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30–19:00). Setting: long-term care (nursing home). Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications per physician orders and facility policy; monitor and document patient responses.
- Assess patient status, record vital signs, and report changes in condition promptly.
- Provide skilled nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as required.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in MARs, flowsheets, and assessments; ensure chart integrity and privacy.
- Uphold safety and infection control standards; respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in New Mexico (active and in good standing).
- Graduate of an approved LPN program; basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3x per week) and comply with scheduling requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable with electronic documentation and routine charting.
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting and follow established care plans.
