In this role, you’ll perform essential LPN responsibilities in long-term care settings, including monitoring residents’ health status, administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, catheter care, and coordination with RNs and physicians to update care plans. You’ll conduct patient assessments, document findings, respond to changes in condition, and support skilled care planning that aligns with each resident’s goals.
