In this role, you’ll perform essential LPN responsibilities in long-term care settings, including monitoring residents’ health status, administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, catheter care, and coordination with RNs and physicians to update care plans. You’ll conduct patient assessments, document findings, respond to changes in condition, and support skilled care planning that aligns with each resident’s goals. You’ll mentor nursing assistants, participate in care conferences, and contribute to a team that values safety, accuracy, and compassion. The position offers competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,509 to $1,542, reflecting your experience and the intensity of care required.
