Registered Nurse – Med Surg, traveling to a surgery center in Tuba City, AZ. Start date: 07/13/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,834-$1,881 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for med/surg patients in a surgical center setting, following physician orders and established standards of care
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform ongoing assessments, and document findings accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia team, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care and timely patient progression
- Support recovery or pre/post-operative processes as applicable, including pain management, IV therapy, wound care, and patient education
- Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and quality-of-care measures; respond to emergent situations using BLS/ACLS as required
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education, discharge planning information, and ensure understanding of care plans
Requirements
- Valid, current, unrestricted registered nursing license to practice in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association; TCAR (Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation) certification within six months of hire; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) completed within six months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule in a surgical center environment
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and complete orientation every two weeks
- Housing: if using provided housing, a housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to start
