Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care travel assignment in Brattleboro, VT. Start date 07/23/2026 for a travel assignment of several weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts available in the evening and/or overnight. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.
Weekly pay range: $1,812 to $1,991 per week. This is a travel assignment with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and document clinical observations accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report appropriately.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the health care team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Document care and communications clearly in resident records; adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure as applicable by state requirements.
- Ability to work evenings and/or overnight shifts in a long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document accurately.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced LTC environment and adjusting to resident care needs.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification and ongoing compliance with relevant professional requirements.
