- Communicate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in shift handoffs
- Ensure safety, infection control, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligible for licensure by endorsement
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation skills and ability to follow care plans
- Flexibility to work the 12.5-hour shift schedule and meet guaranteed hours
